Why Dynamic Waters ?

Climate change demands that we manage our land in a new way.

Our name is derived from the complex relationship we have with water.

Stormwater runoff has become the largest source of urban water pollution.

Municipalities often view stormwater as a liability. In current built environments, it is frequently “sent away” as fast as possible, capturing any chemical in its path on the way to the next, larger water body.

When it rains heavily, sewer systems combine this water with sewage. In Seattle, WA, 13 million gallons of raw sewage end up in local waterways each year.

It is typically thought stormwater is a problem that only governments, institutions, and experts can solve. In reality, community members participating in rainwater collection make a genuine difference.

We design and construct with ecology in mind to deliver an integrated system that brings your garden and community to life.
